It can cause tilt and feel a little annoying. When carried in the appendix position, the shorter slide is more comfortable. Even shorter slides work better. The Government carried in the appendix position can be a ball breaker with the wrong holster. The Tenicor Certum 3 is very adjustable and makes it manageable. On a side note although Tenicor lists that the holster only works with the C-FS models, I was able to use a SC grip module. It worked just fine, even though it has a rounded trigger guard. The Velo conceals extremely well.
