John deere 318 no spark
No volts = start tracking down the safety interlocks. The new starter spins things so fast that it takes longer to start than it used to with the original starter running slow. It has new plugs, wires, points, condenser, and coil, as well as a new ignition switch (all just done by previous owner). Seat and neutral safety switches have been bypassed, and I can turn the key and it turns over with zero issues.

My problem is that the specd gap on the original 318 plug was .025. A couple online Deere parts stores sell the Deere/NGK plug and show “standard gap .025” in description.
