Serana Dialogue Edit as you mention does and when using both together I wouldn't call it jarring but I often do notice the difference. As much as I didn't want to I recently dropped "Serana Dialogue Add-On. Updated all existing files to work with DBVO 1.0.1, which adds lip syncing and support for multiple voice packs. A voice pack I thought would be nice to add for some variety for Dragonborn Voice Over. It can fit well-spoken, serious character types.
