Abandonned Mine No 5 has an east and west enterance. What you are looking for is Abandonned Mine No 3 its but the mountain side in the far west of the map.So I never knew there were other places, after playing close to 20 hrs :P, but I looked up how to get to Coastal Highway. I have to go past the dam while following the tracks. And I did get to the "ravine" but it wasn't as I saw it in peoples videos. It was some tracks and at the end was a derailed train you couldn't pass, and a huge ravine but no bridge in sight.
