(Not smart, I know) I would like to find a couple of alternatives to using all interstates, fearing traffic jams. Google routes me I-66, I-495 and I-95.I-495 MD chat. I-495 MD traffic, road conditions, accidents and constructions. Current driving time, average speed and traffic delays in each state. In all honesty, the bridge will come but MD needs to pay off the ICC first as the tolls aren't cutting it because its $4 one way to Baltimore and compared to 495 traffic only 1/18 of that traffic goes on the ICC.
