Feels like, unless you have a really consistent play group, the space between precons and CEDH is a wasteland of disappointing games, hurt feelings, and try-hard BS.Precons without any changes are about a 4-5. They have a theme and focus but have budget lands, a few odd inclusions, and no game-ending combos. They work but are ok. Precons are a level 1. I'm a sucker for the Kamigawa Neon Dynasty Precons, the set itself was a ton of fun to draft, ...I freaking love Urza. I've picked up mostly precons and he's been my favorite. Artifacts are so much fun and with Urza he gets HUGE karnstructs. I've also upgraded it but haven't seen how it plays out yet but the potential is limitless. I'm thinking of turning it into a [[breya]] deck but we'll see.You can buy them online for $50, I get supporting LGS but they are straight up ripping you off for almost double price.
